• Assessing the maturity level of the DevOps practices. Providing detailed non-technical reports on dangers certain practices introduce to security and availability of the services as well as recommendations for gradual improvements.

• We are interviewing DevOps engineers. After a short, noninvasive discovery stage, we assess the skillsets required for DevOps engineers. We provide a detailed report and write job descriptions for the required teams. Working in coherence with our client's recruiters, we interview English-speaking candidates from any market around the Globe and provide a few pages long, detailed reports assessing only the hard skills with some comment on the soft skills. 

• Developer experience assessments. We know that when Developers and DevOps engineers work together in agreement and act as a team, performance multiplies.
